About

I am mainly a theoretical ecologist/modeler. Currently, I am working on how individual body size, metabolism and efficiency in energy transfer affects community structure. Previously I worked on host-parasite dynamics and its effects on the community. In the past, I have worked with a variety of subjects: dune movement, tree shape, canopy structure, population dynamics, etc. always trying to extrapolate interactions at small scale to the dynamics of the large-scale system.
